Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email or the confirmation screen.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; you will receive a notification and your refund once our warehouse processes the return.
